Made from wine vinegar and concentrated grape must, it delivers a characteristically zesty flavour profile with a light density that makes it one of the more versatile and accessible formats in the De Nigris range. The IGP certification is verified by an authorised control body under Italian Ministry oversight, guaranteeing both origin and production method.
